Big Chop is proudly Tasmanian. We source premium timber from responsibly harvested Australian species. Our skilled artisans use these woods to handcraft superb presentation boards that harness the natural beauty of the woods – no two boards are the same.
- This rectangle board measures 40 x 27 x 2cm thick and would be ideal for a smaller bench top and presenting on.
- Blackwood (pale brown to bark brown)
- Huon Pine (Pale yellow that develops to a golden hue with age.)
This is the first time we have been able to offer a limited supply of iconic Huon Pine timber used predominantly in a presentation board. Huon Pine has an amazing perfume and is complemented with Blackwood pinstripes.
It is perfect for corporate presents, home presentation and the popular choice of Australia’s leading restaurants who wish to present on and embrace the style of tapas and antipasto dining. The mixture of these beautiful timbers creates a point of difference from the existing brown timber boards which are commonly used for these purposes!
